Mi nombre es Rosana.	My name is Rosana.
Tengo veinticuatro años y estudio hotelería en Lyon.	I am twenty-four years old, and I am studying hotel business in Lyon.
Acabo de hablar con mi director de estudios.	I just talked to my supervisor.
Me han dicho que es el momento de elegir una carrera definitivamente	I am told that this is the time to definitely choose a career.
¿Qué hacer?	What is there to do?
En el futuro, quiero dirigir una posada fina, tal vez en un pueblo cercano, con mi novio José.	In the future, I want to run a high-end hostel, perhaps in a neighbor village, with my boyfriend José.
Pero este año tengo otras decisiones importantes que tomar.	But this year I have other important decisions to make.
Escucho el consejo de mis maestros y leo regularmente los clasificados de la facultad en mi escuela.	I listen to the advice of my teachers and I regularly read the announcements of the faculty of my school.
Tengo varias opciones:	I have several options:
puedo permanecer en Lyon hacer una pasantía en uno de los restaurantes famosos de la ciudad,	I can stay at Lyon do an internship in one of the famous restaurants of the city,
o puedo tratar de encontrar un trabajo en el extranjero – Montreal,	or I can try to find a job abroad – in Montreal,
Nueva York, San Francisco, o incluso en Nueva Orleans.	in New York, in San Francisco, or even in New Orleans.
Pero también pienso en mi familia.	But I also have to think about my family.
Mis padres me dicen que haga lo que yo desee, que me apoyan en todas mis decisiones.	My parents tell me to do what I want, that they support me in all my decisions.
Pero si voy a América del Norte, los extrañaré terriblemente,	But if I leave in North America, I will miss them terribly,
y a mi hermano y a mi hermana pequeña.	as well as my brother and my little sister.
Por otro lado, hay Internet, podemos escribirnos correos electrónicos, ellos pueden visitar América y siempre está el teléfono.	On the other hand, there is Internet, we can write emails, they can visit America and there is always the phone.
